We decided to try Trillium Bakery because we read that they use Upper Canada flour. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent and she recommended some great choices. We loved the Upper Canada Harvest and the Cinnamon and Raisin bread. We also tried the fresh Chelsea Buns and they were so delicious, we haven't had real ones like that in decades. We loved the bread so much we called ahead and put in an order for our freezer.

Would give 0 stars if I could.Bought a baked good that had a huge spot of mold on it. I brought it back the next day and showed it to the staff. They didn’t even have a reaction. I asked for a refund but did not even receive an apology. Although the staff was polite, I have to say I’m not impressed by the customer service and lack of trying to “make it right”.It does make me wonder how old the rest of their baked goods are. I live in the neighborhood and loved having a bakery nearby. I will not be coming back.

Ordered a 16th birthday cake for grandson who has allergies. Wanted the cake frozen as I lived out of town and the birthday was on the weekend. Picked up the cake on Monday, a very hot October day. The cake wasn’t frozen. The two layers separated in the car and slide into the box. What a mess. A traffic light and dark grey key were the decorations along with the common waves along the bottom and top. Red was an allergy and thus the red light was pink. Dah! Guess how you make pink. The rest of the colours on the traffic light were pale green and pale yellow! Really! How ugly! Due the heat and icing melting, the dark gray around the traffic light and the key ‘ran’ into the white. It looked absolutely disgusting. I’m sure the cake itself will taste okay, but a real ugly disaster-especially for a young man turning 16.I called to speak to the manager-to date, he has not returned my call. When I called again this morning the lady who answered the phone asked me about the problem. I explained but she had a ‘response’ as to why they did everything . My comments were challenged by her. She then stated I was being inappropriate and we hung up. If she didn’t want to hear what I had to say, she should have waited for the manager and not ask me. To date the manager still hasn’t returned my call. I will not be returning to Trillium Bakery.

We’ve gotten a couple of lovely custom birthday cakes here. The cakes were delicious and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Great price too. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience. Ordered this sugar reduced cake and it was amazing for my grandmothers 90th birthday!!! The rest of us thought it was great too!
Yummy treats, the heavenly smell pulled me in from the side walk when I was passing by and smells even better inside with the freshly baked goods and flowershop next door since they share the same building. Lovely little spot, great place to go to support a small local family business.
I have shopped here in the past and never disappointed. My son is diabetic and l would order his birthday cake from them. Their breads are delicious too. I’m actually going there tomorrow can’t wait to pick up brownies and date squares and more.
Nice bakery, tasty cookies, nice flowers, kind staff also. Not bad at all.Jasmine is the best baker in the world, 5 stars, would give 10 stars if I could
