Went last night and had the cheese charcuterie, the pork belly tacos and the lamb-burger sliders. How have I never heard of this restaurant before? It was so good! Can't recommend this place enough. Chef had a copy of "Joe Beef" book out, and you could tell that he took inspiration from that place. Wish I'd had room for the Udon noodles and beef cheek dish. Price was very reasonable, too, considering the quality of the meal.
Amazing elevated comfort food in a relaxed environment with great cocktails. The special and adventure board are constantly changing so you always have something new and exciting to try. I highly recommend.

We took our group of 8 to Trio for snacks and drinks. We all loved the Adventure Board, and could not get enough of those tasty potatoes! Would definitely refer friends to this spot!
