Purchased a loaf of bread and shortly after leaving I realized it was hard as a rock and desperately needed to be sliced. As the bread didn’t seem very fresh I immediately returned several minutes later only to be told that the slicer doesn’t work, and that too bad too sad I can’t exchange it for something softer. I left the stale bread behind, will never go back due to lack of the service and quality.

Favorite bakery in town! The sourdough is amazing - miche and seed bread take the win for me. Their buns - especially the cocoa chili one is also delicious and pairs well with some nut butter. I also love the oat coconut cookie - nice balance between crispy and soft.

The seed bread is my favourite. I make a special trip to the bakery every few weeks to pick it up. Freezes well. Wonderful, high quality breads and service … get there early : )

I always get their baguettes which are the best i have ever eaten. Crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle and the flavour of the dough completes the hat trick. Their coconut cookies are also amazing. Everything is delicious!

Excellent artisinal bread at True Loaf Bread Company. I love all their products, and recommend the seasonal specialties too, like the Christmas stollen, the Easter hot cross buns, delicious hamburger buns for summer...all made with great expertise and the highest quality ingredients. Treat yourself to really good bread!

Great bread but terrible service I was at the west borough market on a pouring I mean pouring Saturday morning. There was 3 employees so they were not short staffed. I would understand on a sunny day that they would not open until 9:00 am. But they had me wait 5 min did I say it was pouring because it wasn’t 9:00am they still wouldn’t open. Too bad for the service!!!!!! JP

Excellent bakery! Their decadent bun was one of the best buns I’ve ever had. After just one bite, I had to go back for two more. Definitely a must-try!

Excellent bakery. Great bread and I m french so fair judge. The épi is excellent. The baguette is traditional. The other bread arw interesting. The broche is good and the coconut cookie is appreciated. Key thing is to me the épi. Price ok. No croissant no chocolatine. The supply get empty on Saturday pretty quickly so i enjoy going there between 7 and 8am. Very nice service but the customer part is very small. Most of the place is to make bread and i m 100% behind it. Few parking spots
