This place can taste good when they make your food properly, the issue is if they will. This place is happy to send you substitutions without asking whether you want them and will send out overcooked food. If you want to roll the dice and see if they deliver a good experience then go for it, but don't be surprised if your eggs benedict is actually horrendously overcooked poached eggs on slices of toasted white bread.

I love coming to dine in to this place, however I always have issues whenever I order delivery. They always forget to add the toasts to my breakfast dish, only one time they didn’t forget and it was because I wrote a comment on the app to remind them. Today we ordered breakfast again through DoorDash, toasts were missing and my friend’s eggs Benedict were extremely over cook. I wish people who order delivery would get the same care as dine-in customers.

An hour wait for mediocre food at best. The are definitely under staffed, so I understand the wait given that it is common right now. I think bringing some toast to the table while people wait might be a good idea. The staff are friendly but there was no dialogue relating to the wait.I ordered the club sandwich on whole wheat w no egg, which is one of their specials. I did not get w/w bread and it has American cheese not real cheddar. Total disappointment.

Saw this franchise was for sale, and now I know whyWe called the day before and asked if they would be open, staff confirmed. Asked for a reservation for 10 but we were told it was a first come first serve for the long weekend. No problem.Showed up the next morning about 9AM and asked for a table for 10. The hostess said no, sorry we can't make you a table of 10. I said no problem, just seat us next to each other we will be fine. Another girl then continued to say because it's a holiday, and they were "expecting to fill up in the next hour" we would have to be seated in separate sections. I literally couldn't believe my ears and thought it was a joke. She said "sorry, but that's the policy". As she stepped away away I asked the hostess for the manager and she said that is the manager... Eventually I said no problem, I am not going to tell you how to run your business, we will be happy to spend our money elsewhere.The restaurant had about 6-8 diners at the time, and there was nobody else in line to be seated at the time.Still not sure if they are actually enforcing some incompetent managers policy, or they were singling us out for some other reason...

Had a great brunch today. Super busy but the staff nailed it.

One of the only breakfast places that offers turkey/chicken bacon! Great food and service!

Super unsanitary this was the first time I have experienced this here. There was a super long hair in my water which was the second drink I got. The first drink was the mango, pineapple smoothie which tasted rotten. The employee said she was curious and tasted it. She confirmed that something was rotten in the smoothie, she thought the mango syrup. She said they threw out everything only reason I’m leaving this review is to beware me and my son 4 feel quite ill.

Just had a nice breakfast with my client and her sister. It was not very busy and lots of space to eat. Our server, Elizabeth could not be anymore pleasant. She was very polite and I can see her big smile through her mask. Food is always good. Serving of fruit was a little disappointing but I guess that’s covid for you. Looking forward to our next visit …. Oh and the patio is now open

Excellent food; fast service! Food was delicious. My complaint was that it didn't last long on my plate but that is a me problem! Our server, Kendra, was super friendly, courteous which made it an even more pleasant experience. My friend had made a request for a substitution and was easily done with no problems.

They have a super dirty glass , for my 4 year old. The weren't even apologetic about it. the manager Emeret or whatever his name was. He was Not help what so ever. Check your dishes, utensils and glass before eating.

My family and I are massive fans of this place!Great service - super clean environment - amazing food - excellent prices. Over and above the delicious food, I cannot say enough about the servers. They are professional, knowledgeable and always make us feel that having a positive brekkie experience is their biggest priority.If you are looking for a consistently fantastic breakfast/lunch restaurant - this is the place (Merivale Location).

Fresh squeezed orange juice mimosas? YES Please! Delicious Breakfast & Brunch options to suit any sweet or savoury taste buds. Service was fast & friendly too. Cheers!

Best breakfast I've had in a long time. And the server was so great. So welcoming. Totally recommend each time

This is THE BEST breakfast in the city! I am normally someone who always orders the same thing off of any breakfast menu (Smoked Salmon Eggs Benny, which are fantastic here), but Tutti Frutti has so many incredible items on the menu that I now make a point of trying something new each time! The creativity that has gone into the meals never disappoints, as a matter of fact it exceeds all expectations! Service is great as well! Our server today; Kayley, made the visit that much more enjoyable!

Nice place, the food is good and sometimes excellent but it varies a bit from time to time. The service is always pleasant and by going there Kayley remembers our preferences and gives us a warm welcome. The prices are somewhat high without being unreasonable. Definitely a good place for a family!
