The food was absolutely amazing BUT I was ordering a large amount for colleagues and ordered at 10am for a 12pm pick up. When I arrived at noon for pick up they hadn't even started cooking our food.

Asked how hot the extra hot chicken burger was, staff were unable to tell me. Asked if it was comparable to different peppers, they didn't know. Sandwich was pretty well balanced, "chicken sauce" seemed to be big Mac sauce (thousand Island/aioli +ketchup).
Chicken seemed to be slightly overcooked breast meat, so dramatically larger than most chicken sandwiches, which typically use thigh meat (which is more forgiving on cook time/temp).
Overall, I'd rank it slightly higher than a grinder burger from The Works.

Not the cheapest, but by far the best burgers and chicken sandwiches in Ottawa! The food is amazing and the staff are always super friendly. I'd buy their hot pepper relish by the jar if they sold it.
