Took nearly 20 minutes for a burger and fries. Went to get catsup from the dispenser. Was empty. Had th Double burger. Was ok. But like the chicken burger much more.

Visites here today and absolutely loved the food. The service was also fantastic! Tried the famous chicken burger which did not disappoint. I ordered the hot version which wasn't that spicy but did taste really good. Next time I'll try it extra hot. The Mac & cheese is so tasty and be warned, the portion is very big so it feeds more than 1 person. Will define back to try the burgers!

Amazing burgers, would highly recommend if you're looking for a spot to eat. A lot of options to choose from as well! Staff was also super nice and welcoming.
First time eating here. Was looking for a place that serves Mac and cheese for my picky eater daughter. Absolutely LOVED the mac and cheese and so did my daughter. We got the chicken strips as well and they were amazing. The bbq sauce that came with the strips was tasty as well and I’m not a bbq sauce fan either. We will be back for sure. My only complaint- please get some better forks. Those wooden forks make it hard to shovel the delicious mac and cheese into my mouth.

Omg. I thought I’d found the best burger at Five Guys, but then I discovered BJ’s Smashburgers in Montreal and thought I’d found the best burger. But then I happened upon Umbrella Burger in Ottawa on Ogilvie!!! The burgers here are absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted in my life and the bacon mac and cheese? Yes please!!

I had a cheese and bacon burger! Delicious and exactly what you want from a smash burger. The fries taste like sadness, not crispy enough and very mushy potato in the middle. Solid 8.5/10 on the smash burger and 5/10 on fries.
