Once again I placed an order, and after I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong order. Something I can’t eat. It was very disappointing considering I was looking forward to eating a good meal. Too many disappointments, unfortunately I won’t be ordering from them again, nor will I waste my hard earned money.

The food here is absolutely delicious, we've tried many places for pho however I find the broth at this establishment alone is none to compare. Very kind staff for service, and will be making this place our only go to for soup amongst the many appetizing dishes they serve . My young son wishes he could give this place 1000 stars.

The restaurant looks very cozy and cute, the service was pretty good as well and the lady was very nice.Food was not my favorite. I got the large pho, and the portion was kind of small, compared to most other pho places. I'd say it was equivalent to a medium/small. Especially when you are charged $20, I'd expect a lot more food. They also provide very little garnishes compared to other places, no spicy pepper, and no lime wedges, basically one stem of thai basil and some bean sprouts.The taste of the pho itself was not the best, the beef tasted "old", like it just thawed and was placed into the bowl, the broth is not very rich and has an odd sweetness to it. Meat balls were very standard, exactly the same as every other place. Noodles were very solid.Maybe it was an off day. If I am in the area again in the future, I'll give this spot another shot.

Anytime we come to Manotick, we love stopping here for food. We have ordered the chicken pad Thai numerous times but tonight to my disappointment it was different. The noodles seemed different and overcooked, and the sauce was VERY grainy and had a tomato flavour to it. The vermicelli and BBQ pork rice paper wraps were great, was just quite disappointed with the pad Thai.

Used to be a regular here. The chicken vermicelli dish that I’ve always ordered is now different. Chicken tastes dry as it doesn’t come with the same delicious sauce you pour on top. Also, the side salad was served with a heap of ranch dressing on top. Quite odd when ordering Vietnamese food.

Ordered by phone and it was a 10 min process to get our order correct with two different staff having to take a simple order. Told it would be ready in 15 minutes, waited over 30 min at the restaurant to only have our order incorrect. The time we got home our food was cold (it’s a 2 min drive home), we were missing items from our order and our Pho was poorly made with the chicken and beef being undercooked. The food quality has changed drastically since new management has taken over and it’s quite disappointing as this used to be one of our go to’s for great Vietnamese take out. Will be taking a break from ordering here for a lengthy time now in hopes this restaurant becomes more organized and improves their food quality.
