I’ve been going to this restaurant since the mid-90’s. Amazing Pho, spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, all is good. Staff is great as well and have come to know me over the years. This was always my go to date spot(good food and drink at a good price)!

I can't remember having a beef pho like that before. The broth was not good at all and the bean sprouts where not fresh. I was the only client at lunch time and it took 10 minutes to get my bowl..

Used to like going here it was my favorite veitname restaurant. But I'm not sure what happened recently but the food wasn't as good and it seemed to be laced with MSG. We needed a nap after we ate there. I hope the service improves and the food quality. Hate to see this place go under its been around forever. Good Vietnamese restaurants are hard to find.

We when to have a supper before sunset. We missed it. They took more than 1 hour to bring our food. No going back to this restaurant. There are so many good options around that have a faster service.

Ron - will never return

Supper last night. Took forever to get served. People who arrived after us were eating while we were still waiting. All we got was - very sorry, very sorry. Food when it arrived was so-so. As the final straw my wife found a hair in her food. Their way of compensation was to credit us the price of one of the plates which we barely touched our food. Never, never again!

Vietnam Palace is incredible. I moved away from here and when I'm in town, I make sure to return. I love the chicken/shrimp salad the best, it was recommended by a friend with great taste, and I can't thank them enough. I have never had anything bad there, I don't think you can go wrong. Soups, salads, salad rolls, shakes, crispy noodles, coffee... It's great

This is the must go restaurant anytime I'm in Ottawa. It's the best Vietnamese restaurant in town and maybe on the East Coast.
The restaurant is decorated in a unique way that gives you the feeling of luxury and friendly at the same time. I always feel warmly welcome right the minute I step in. Definitely Vietnamese style.
The food is always fresh and delicious. Pho, vermicelli, and noodles are authentic. The only worry for me is that I always eat way too much when I'm there.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. The owner is really nice and takes good care of everything. I've never had to ask twice for anything.
The price is reasonable even if you just want to grab something quick or throw a family dinner. You may get some special if you organize a party for 20-30 people.
I recommended this restaurant to dozens of people and will keep doing it.

Top spot for authentic Vietnamese like mom used to make. I've been going there for years and it's 10/10 every time. Before the great Phó invasion you could get some great Vietnamese in China Town in Ottawa and Vietnam Palace keeps that flame alive. If you're going you have to try Crispy Quail (20) and the Caramelized Pork with fish sauce and black pepper (87).

I came with my husband and everything was extremely delicious! Pho is my favourite Vietnamese plate, and I would say that this one is the best in town.
