I was very disappointed with my experience at Villa Medine. The food looked good at first, but the taste did not match. The chicken was dry and lacked seasoning, and the potatoes were cold and soggy. The salad was bland with no freshness.
On top of that, the service was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff seemed careless and in a rush, and when I asked simple questions about the menu, they gave short and rude answers. It felt like they didn’t want to serve customers at all.
Overall, both the food and the staff left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be coming back.
Incredible experience both myself and the lady in front of me were coeliac patients and the staff was very quick to observe. All of our dietary needs even preparing fresh sauces without possibility cross-contamination. The food itself was delicious. The service exemplary we will be back next time we’re in the area
