I went with a group of 16 for a special tasting menu prepared for us. The menu was varied, very tasty and nicely spaced out. The service was as good as the food. I really enjoyed the comfortable, old style atmosphere which reminded me of days gone by. They offer a good flavour at a reasonable price. Did I mention they have happy hour until 6:00?
The food was okay. Small portion size. The waiter was great. The owners attitude is terrible and puts a downer on the experience .
Will not be going back there anytime soon.

Great location, good food and quaint. A classic choice for Ottawa locals. In the vibrant area of the Glèbe. One of Ottawa’s favorite neighbourhoods.
Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately there was no dairy free option for coffee creamer or milk. Recommend that they consider an alternate, particularly given demographics and many vegans.
Parking: It’s a challenge to find parking on Saturdays but side streets are easier to access.
