It’s probably the cheapest place to eat at the market… but that’s about it. The food was forgettable in my opinion.

When passing by, I saw a poster of Taiwanese food, so I considered coming in to dine. I ordered pork chop noodle soup and D13: braised egg and dried tofu side dishes. It is convenient to swipe a credit card. There are not many seats inside, the tables and chairs are a bit old, and there is only one person in the kitchen. Preparation (multi-function: cashier/ordering/cooking), need to wait (if you are hungry and in a hurry to eat, you should consider this), after seeing the hard work of Asian caterers, the taste of food and the sense of expectation of Taiwanese cuisine, It's a bit far away, so it's not delicious, unlike Taiwanese food. For people who grew up in Taiwan, it's a special dining experience!

Noodles dance in broth,
Savory scents fill the air,
Wang’s warmth in each bowl.

I ordered Lu Pork Rice. As a Taiwanese, I can say that it is definitely not authentic. The rice seems to be colored yellow like turmeric. I have never eaten anything like this in Taiwan. In addition, the pork belly is extremely salty. The texture of the pork belly is like flakes rather than classic minced meat. There are both fat and lean meat, but The proportion is too salty and too dark to taste, and the Lu sauce does not seem to be the same as Lu pork rice. From my point of view, this Lu Pork Rice is more like a steamed pork bun with dried plums and fat and lean pork cut into fingernail shapes. Maybe it is to be more in line with North American tastes, but it must be said that this is definitely not the average Taiwanese. Eating pork rice

I was excited to see their menu which includes a lot of authentic Taiwanese dishes but I didn't enjoy the food here. I ordered the pork chop rice and the pork was dry and tough. The vegetable on the side was a bit plain. It also took a very long time for them to make the food. Maybe I need to try a different dish next time.

The chicken and noodles and bubble tea are superb, and this compensates for the heat and the fact that you basically sit in the street.

I was attracted by the precious milk. Unfortunately, the precious milk here is the worst tasting I have ever tasted in Asia and even Canada. It felt like it was only washed with milk powder. The pearls had no bite and many grains were lumped together. Not freezing.

The food was even more disappointing. In the chicken spleen noodles, the broccoli/cauliflower/cabbage was not cooked well, and there was still a green taste. The chicken spleen was overcooked and very rough. The soup was made with seasoned powder.

I hope everyone will not have misunderstandings about Taiwanese food. Taiwan has a lot of delicious food.
I can only say that I am very disappointed with a store that uses Taiwanese food as a motto but does not take the food seriously.
