This was our first time ordering from Wan's. Unfortunately it will be our last. We pre-ordered our order to be delivered at 5pm. We were happy to have our food arrive at 5pm exactly. Our happiness ended when we opened the bag. We were missing items but we had some items that weren't ours. After checking the receipt that arrived with our order, we saw that it showed our exact order. We called right away to let them know about the issues. Lady was laughing. Long story short we didn't get our full order but we received part of someone else's. Food we did get was barely warm and tasteless. Spring rolls were so greasy they were inedible. Management please don't post to contact you, I did twice already and got nowhere.

Been going to Wans over 20 . Our last 3 orders have been incorrect. Big mistakes like forgetting the spare ribs for our order, putting msg when we asked for none and last night got the completely wrong combo plate. We got a teeny weeny plum sauce good for 1 eggroll , but we ordered 4!! 1 Completely wrong combo plate 3 eggrolls =$31.00 Called the owner who pretended to not be the owner and said that’s what I ordered!!! I am pissed and not coming back!!

I used to order all the time from Wans, it was terrific. In the last few years, the quality of food has definitely slipped. I recently ordered a combo with chicken balls. Not sure if they were old or what but they were dried out and not good at all. I mean the batter and the chicken, even WITH the sauce on it. I also asked for an open ended egg roll and it was forgotten and I was given the closed end. This has happened before too. Asking for open end egg rolls and not receiving them. Other items that were ordered were "good" as reported by those who ate it.
I hope things improve as I like to support the local community.

We've been ordering from Wan's for the past 8 years. Their food is always on point however with our previous order they accidentally omitted one of the dishes from our delivery. We phoned Wan's and they were very apologetic, offering us a few different resolutions. The one we opted for was for them to comp the dish next time we ordered (essentially a credit). They took our phone number and said they would use that as a reference for the credit but I was a little skeptical their commitment to the comp would be remembered the next time we ordered. To their credit, the next time we ordered (about 2 months later) there was no problem at all and they were more than happy to follow through on their previous commitment. Their food continues to be on point, their service fantastic and we look forward to the next 8+ years of enjoying Wan's close ended egg rolls, chicken fried rice, General Tso's Chicken and Lemon Chicken!!

I will not darken this door step the food was nothing special, and the service was sub-par . You would think that with a lot of competition around there would be an exceptional service. I do not write posts like this to be hateful, but there was no resolve or contact t from said establishment. The main issue I had was that I was double charged for an order and explained that this happened and would be an easy fix with simple math . But nope i was told that I would have to contact my bank . I will take the loss so I don't have to deal with this anymore I guess the business needs the money more than I do . I just wish I could get a receipt for a charity .

Vegetarian options: Veggies are always hot and fresh
Ok. Here deal. Use to spend 150 a mth on take out meals I pickup. Wanted to order now see your site asking for tip. No more orders. So tired. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO TIP? WHY DO YOU DARE TO ASK FOR ONE? Your restaurant + so many lose business because of this. IT TAKE OUT FOOD. You lose. Raise your prices if you need more. DO NOT ASK ME TO TIP YOUR EMPLOYEES ON TAKEOUT!

Been ordering from Wan's for many years. Always a big hit with the whole family. They can get busy on special occasion days (like New Years Eve, Mothers Day and Canada Day) but we know this and order with this in mind.
Ordered this evening and they thru in a free 2024 calendar. 😀😀
