I used to order all the time from Wans, it was terrific. In the last few years, the quality of food has definitely slipped. I recently ordered a combo with chicken balls. Not sure if they were old or what but they were dried out and not good at all. I mean the batter and the chicken, even WITH the sauce on it. I also asked for an open ended egg roll and it was forgotten and I was given the closed end. This has happened before too. Asking for open end egg rolls and not receiving...

We've been ordering from Wan's for the past 8 years. Their food is always on point however with our previous order they accidentally omitted one of the dishes from our delivery. We phoned Wan's and they were very apologetic, offering us a few different resolutions. The one we opted for was for them to comp the dish next time we ordered (essentially a credit).
