This wendys is horrible I've lived in this area since wendys opened in towngate and I've never seen the service as bad as it is right now. Went one weekend around 10:40 am and I wanted breakfast my husband wanted a burger I always thought wendys sold burgers at 10:30 anyways i asked the cashier for a JBC and he didnt understand what i was saying I had to repeat is 3 times before he got another employee to tell me they dont serve burgers this early. I waited so long and the cashier politely asked the guy to make my drinks he just stood there so she started making them in which I didnt know she was i asked for my money back because it took so long the guy raised his voice and me and said what do you expect me to do with this food he refused my money back. Ended up getting my food it was cold the drinks were good but that cashier that I first had he is very rude will never go back to this location again. And if he couldn't understand my order at first how was he able to raise his voice and me because I wanted my money back. He showed disgusting behavior and needs to work on his customer service.

Had a wonderful experience today, Jeffrey was awesome and made my Wendy's experience above the expected. Got an awesome meal of misfortune, the cherry syrup looks really cool. 10/10 would come back just for Jeffrey.

Been here 3 times 3 got my oder wrong how hard to get at lest 1 out three orders right guys Plz do better. Wastes my money really.
Service was slow but the food quality was brutal. My burger was undercooked (inconsistent) and way too much mayo and ketchup that the burger was drowning in it. WHAT happened to the fatter fries ....the new format/cut is not as good. What a shame Wendys - this used to be good, consistent burgers

The staff were nice and friendly, the food is standard Wendy's so it's not really noteworthy Mainly hit up the drive through as the inside is a little depressing as all fast food places are
Parking: Standard parking lot, most of the time people use drive through so plenty of spots
Kid-friendliness: It's a fast food chain, they're specifically targeting kids Sure there's no playpen but it's friendly designed and lots of space
Wheelchair accessibility: Standard accessibility, automatic doors, ramps, low counters and tables

I just want take a moment and thank Wallid for everything the service was amazing & fast on thursday and he was extremely polite and got everything right on the for my family as well I be definitely be coming back again!!
