Felt like vomiting after I had the new BBQ,burger and poutine was cold and had some hair or plastic in it so I just refunded that. Been a bad decision eating here so far. Mabye food is rushed and barely cooked or they dont care if it is not good at all.

The food was. Nice and fresh.The chili was hot.She gave me extra crackers next to the sauce for it.And the cashier was in such a good mood.She seemed just happy to take my order.It wasn't busy even though it was lunch time and the food came out.Super fast I will be back.It was very quiet

I frequently visit this Wendy's, and I think I will continue to do so because it's the closest to my house, but I think the customer service is genuinely awful and indescribable; the rude and blunt counter staff are always acting irate and ready to fight, and the drive-through staff takes too long to respond. The last time I went through the drive-through with a friend, I kept asking for a response as I waited to place my order, but I ended up waiting for a good five to ten minutes, which is strange considering this is fast food, so it should be quick.

In general, all Ottawa Wendy’s are average compared to other cities in Canada or other provinces. I don’t think they get visits from the franchisor or health authorities

This wendys is horrible I've lived in this area since wendys opened in towngate and I've never seen the service as bad as it is right now. Went one weekend around 10:40 am and I wanted breakfast my husband wanted a burger I always thought wendys sold burgers at 10:30 anyways i asked the cashier for a JBC and he didnt understand what i was saying I had to repeat is 3 times before he got another employee to tell me they dont serve burgers this early. I waited so long and the cashier politely asked the guy to make my drinks he just stood there so she started making them in which I didnt know she was i asked for my money back because it took so long the guy raised his voice and me and said what do you expect me to do with this food he refused my money back. Ended up getting my food it was cold the drinks were good but that cashier that I first had he is very rude will never go back to this location again. And if he couldn't understand my order at first how was he able to raise his voice and me because I wanted my money back. He showed disgusting behavior and needs to work on his customer service.

Had a wonderful experience today, Jeffrey was awesome and made my Wendy's experience above the expected. Got an awesome meal of misfortune, the cherry syrup looks really cool. 10/10 would come back just for Jeffrey.
