Ordered a take-out meal for my family back in December. Hamburger buns were moldy. Store couldn’t care less and doesn’t even respond. Contacted corporate, same level of concern. It’s March and we’re still fighting to just get a refund.

Wendys at burns corner in Stafford is absolutely horrible. Again, they messed up the order and again everything is cold, even though we were asked to pull up past the pickup window to wait, for no less than 10 minutes. Fry boxes were only filled up half way, no straws and no napkins were provided. We didn't even get the sandwich we ordered. This is about the 3rd time this happened at this Wendy's. I dont think they could be more incompetent if they tried.
