It was over all a great experience. The cashier was super friendly and helpful and patient with me. Also, the food was very hot and fresh and came out in a timely manner. The atmosphere was super quiet even though it was lunch. The facilities were very clean and taken care of I will definitely be back to this location.

It was a good experience, I wasn't expecting the gallery with a little bit of Chicago history and landmarks. I appreciated this in addition to the breathtaking view of the city. Make sure you plan to go on a sunny day!

I’ve been ordering from Wendy’s ever since I was a kid, and it used to be one of my favorite fast-food spots. Unfortunately, over the past while, the quality of both the food and service has gone downhill. Every single time I order now, something is wrong or either items are missing, the order is incorrect, or parts of it are cold or poorly made.

It’s really disappointing because Wendy’s used to be reliable and enjoyable, but lately, it feels like no one double-checks the orders or cares about consistency anymore. I shouldn’t have to keep calling or going back to fix mistakes that shouldn’t happen in the first place.

I genuinely hope Wendy’s takes this feedback seriously and works on improving accuracy and customer care because it’s sad to see such a longtime favorite lose its quality and trust. If the food and service keeps up like this you will lose lots of customers.

Why is everyone at this restaurant so miserable? Maybe a management issue. Staff was rude, basically threw the food bag through my car window without saying a word even though I was polite. The fries were old and cold and they gave me the wrong sauce for my chicken strips.
