I was disappointed with my breakfast. I had the breakfast baconator. The egg was over cooked, the sausage patty was over cooked-dry and too peppery. I found the bun used was too much bread. I liked the potatoes wedges. They were thin, and nicely cooked, unfortunately mine were cold. Overall I would not go again.

It’s breakfast (0900) on a close to Christmas weekend, so no real issue with the new staff getting their reps in.
Language, or at the very least understanding was an issue. Don’t think there was much background noise, and I was fairly certain I projected sufficiently.
Bit of a lesson learned:
Wandering through Orleans, and don’t know your establishment. You definitely have a couple signs out mentioning breakfast hours, but nothing inside the shop looks like a “Breakfast Menu”. So when I go to the counter, see a Baconator, order the Baconator, receive combo appropriately, and open it up, I can still be surprised to find the egg. The receipt was correct, not a foul on the staff here.
I see you have the card-menus, and so understand it’s a pain to swap. I might have avoided this problem had I gone to the drive-thru (assuming the menu is complete or digital out there), but I certainly could not have known that walking in.
Recommending a small tweak and some more practice.

Very bad experience with my three kids, I ordered at 16h58 and got my order at 17h46. The burgers were ready but the guy on the front was very confused with customers, I don't think he knows how to do his job. Many other customers were upset.... there was a lady behind him, I assume she was his supervisor, she told him what are you waiting for ? Add fries and give them their order ! I hope the manager will read this comment and do something to make things go faster, it's called FAST FOOD not turtle food.

Innes location near Walmart, the food is not fresh and more in the warm side. Slow service, not because it's busy but because only half of the staff are actually working and the other half is just chatting more than helping the other staff.
I switch to the one near the Place d'Orleans even if it's a bit further from me.

Burgers were COLD - have had warmer food delivered through uber. When I asked to have them remade they weren't even that hot the second time. Fries are also cold, again better luck with Uber.. Drink machine doesn't want to function properly and is dirty, there's several tables in the lobby portion that are still dirty from previous guests despite it not being terribly busy - drive thru or inside. Staff seem nice food was not what I expect of Wendy's.
