I have been to Wendy’s many times, but this was by far the worst! I ordered just two small things, the potato wedges and croissant with strawberry jam. But both of my things came in freezing cold. Again I I went through drive-through so I’d assume they’d be at least a bit warm if not hot. But they both came in frozen cold. I had to throw the potato wedges away because they were, god knows how old. It’s a small thing but I used to work at fast food myself. I would NEVER serve a customer something that I wouldn’t eat myself.

It was my first time in Canada eating Wendys. The food is really good, even as an european i must say, that fast food was really delicious. But I am very sorry to tell u guys that i really wanted Coke Zero instead of a Lemonade, but the guy at the Drive Inn didnt hear me correct. Even tho my canadian friend told me to just ask for it. U guys seem so happy and nice. (i hope u get paid good) But because i was to german and polite. I hesitated to much to ask. Eitherway the Lemonade was really good.
PS: it was not my the fault of my perfect speaking english, thang U all Very MUCHO

I love Dayana she is so cutie pie I walked i. and she saved my life. The way she crafted the burgers and assembled them into the wendy’s bag with her articulate fingers was something so elegant i couldn’t believe my eyes. She also complimented my tooth gems :) Love

Taking too much time!! Fast food restaurants should be fast! here its slow food restaurant!! Had to wait 25 mins+ to a burger done!! 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ and the restaurant wasn’t even busy!!!

Wendy's was busy when I visited and I noticed the people working were doing their best to keep the line moving. I got my food in a timely manner but I noticed my drink tasted watered down and the ketchup tasted off however the meal was nice thanks to the staff.

Waited for over 30 minutes for my breakfast this morning, even though there was only like 3 cars in the drive-thru. Terribly unorganized and bad service. Avoid this location at all costs.
Won't serve me at 1030 pm because I don't own a car to drive through the drive through. And I'm starving. Tell you what. I won't be back during the day either. Went to A&W same night. They my new burger place

Amazing and fast service by the staff, I used mobile app to order and by mistake selected lettuce as the bun instead of adding lettuce to my cheeseburger. The staff quickly made me a new one and was very friendly as well! I wish I had not paid already through the app, they definitely deserved a good tip.
Not sure who were the two girls who helped me out but on the receipt I have Prakriti as the name, the manager/supervisor was also understanding. Will definitely be back just because of the great service.

Hours for dining in were incorrect. It showed the drive-through hours 6:30!am - 12am but actually 7:30am - 10:30pm
