The night staff at this location is extremely unprofessional. After our night shifts, we often stop by for their sour cream baked potatoes, spending on average $20-$35 but the past few weeks have been extremely disappointing. We’ve been served cold, stale food, and when we politely ask for fresh items or extra hot sauce, we’re met with attitude, questioning why we need it, or completely being ignored — as if it’s a burden to fulfill simple requests.
When we try to call to address the issue, the phone often goes unanswered. On the rare occasion someone picks up, the response is dismissive and rude, with no effort to resolve the complaint. While waiting at the drive-thru, we’ve overheard staff swearing, laughing, and chatting instead of focusing on customer service.
This last visit was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at any restaurant. I’ll be contacting head office, because the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Not all Wendy's are created equal. This location is by far the best Wendy's in Ottawa. Full stop. Best food quality and consistency. Especially at late night
Missing black cherry frosty from misfortune meal for the 2nd time over delivery. The attention to detail on orders is lacking. Restaurant refused to contact uber to let them know they forgot the item but has no problem sending parts of orders out as complete.

They take a very long time to deliver the order and they are not very friendly. I do not recommend them at all. They do not treat customers and Uber drivers properly. Very bad.
