2nd time I’ve ordered from this restaurant through Uber. Both times, I’ve ordered a taco salad that is supposed to come with chili. And both times it has come without.

Got takeout from Wendy’s yesterday and my friend was halfway through his Spicy Chicken Burger when he noticed a bunch of hair inside. Not just a strand—a full clump. It was absolutely disgusting. The fact that he had already eaten that much before seeing it made it even worse. This really makes me question the hygiene and food safety practices there. Super disappointed.

This is not fast food! This Wendy's is near my home, so I've been multiple times. The food is fine. Every time that I've been to the drive-thru in the last year or so, after I've placed the order and paid, they ask me to pull around and wait 5 minutes because they've run out of something. Frequently, they leave something out of the order. My family isn't going to go to this location anymore.
