The staff here offer friendly service, even when the restaurant is busy and chaotic, they're still kind to all the customers (even when the customers aren't being kind to them!)

Easily the worst Wendy’s in the city of Ottawa. They pay absolutely no attention to their delivery orders. We spend a lot of extra money to order through apps and then it forms and it’s always missing something ruining the meal. Please train your staff, try and have some sort of standard of customer service.

Ordered the classic JBC and got one with a single shred of lettuce 😅 my friend ordered the same, it was just as poorly made.
This is the saddest looking Wendys I've gotten. What even happen here? Are we rationing the lettuce now and mayo? Its a sneeze for $20?!
