It was recently renovated and very reasonably priced compared to competitors. I love that they have a military discount. We have had a couple of mix-ups in our order at times, but overall a pretty good experience.

I live out Town and I stopped here when I came to Ottawa. If I wasn’t in a hurry, I would have went somewhere else. We were very hungry so we stayed. I ordered from the machine and while my husband was waiting for the order. I went to the Family bathroom. Well, let me tell you how filthy it was. There was Paper towels, and toilet paper on the floor. You could tell the bathroom hasn’t been looked at for a while, very dirty. When I came out of the bathroom, I went to the counter and asked for the manager But the girl didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. She looked confused. Since she never fetched me the manager, I told her that the bathroom was disgusting and messy she nodded and walked away. The whole staff was in the kitchen, laughing screaming must’ve been like five of them. They did nothing just hung around and served drive-through. After being served, I went to the Drink fountain and the counter next to it was filthy dirty. Even the floor was covered in garbage smashed, french fries wrappers receipts under the tables even in the entrance there was garbage there. The tables had garbage on them as well very disgusting atmosphere, but the staff is in the kitchen, not even paying attention and not caring how customers love walking in this restaurant and it’s filthy. Disgusting garbage everywhere And the staff is careless. I’m not sure if I want to go there again because eating and disgusting restaurants is not a great invitation for customers to stay. I hope this Review get the attention of the owner or manager because you need to talk to your staff for this loitering and not even paying attention to this restaurant. I have been to this restaurant in the past that’s why I stopped here but like I said if I wasn’t in a hurry, I would’ve went somewhere else. Just look at these pictures that I’m gonna post.

Dirty, and one of their ordering Kiosks was out of service. The place just didn't give off a welcoming sort of atmosphere. More of a "get the hell outta there and touch as little as possible" sort of vibe.

I had always wanted to try food at Wendy's, but it took me a while to finally have my first meal from this outlet. I ordered online and had it delivered to our place. We got a couple of garlic chicken wraps, one large spicy chicken sandwich combo with a vanilla Frosty, and an additional large spicy chicken sandwich.
The sandwich was quite good, and the Frosty was excellent. However, the wraps and fries were a bit of a letdown. Since we ordered online, we ended up paying a hefty amount, so I believe the drive-thru or dining in would be better options.
I usually have a good experience at this Wendys, however the meal I just received was really disappointing… after waiting longer than normal in the drive thru, I come home to realize my burger is very cold. Almost like it was in the fridge. My fries were lukewarm too. Not worth it.

Best Wendy's in the city. Always smiling service here. Never had an issue with freshness - JBC = where the lettuce & tomato are still cold from fridge; the meat & bacon are hot from grill. The bun is still room temp. Big difference from other places where the ingredients are all just together. They also make frosty-cinos the BEST (outside of trainyards Wendy's)

Messed up my order even though they repeated it back to me twice. I can't have pickles, I just picked them off cus I'm not allergic, it really makes my stomach sick though... disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this spot for those who DO have allergies.

The last two visits here, the burgers where cold and undercooked, thought it was a one off the first time, since I usually enjoy Wendy's burgers, but twice in a row, tells me I should no longer go to this location. Both orders where to go, so It was not worth my time to go back. They should change their cooking procedures, before someone gets sick.
