I live nearby and go often out of convenience. The problem is that It’s just so inconsistent.

We jusr ate room temperature burgers, they were super cold, eaten right away in the car. Feels like I just wasted my money. They need more staff, they seem overwhelmed.

Hello staff of Wendy’s. If you close your in house dinning before 930pm. Maybe don’t have it on your doors that the indoor dinning is open till 10:30pn and then ignore customers staring at your From the doors while you serve Cars. That would be great.

So tired of requesting a bacon and Swiss breakfast sandwich, getting 20 mins from the store to work and its ALWAYS sausage. I throw it right in the garbage as I am pregnant and cannot stand sausage. So unacceptable as I am not driving back 20 mins there and 20 mins back for them to fix something that is simple.

Was going to pick something up to bring home. Dining room was closed 30 minutes before it was said to close. Online pick up orders do not work. I took a bus so no car for drive thru. Thanks for wasting my time and my money. If I could give zero stars I would.

Edit: While I was there waiting for another bus back home I saw at least 4 people try the door. If you're going to close the dining room 30 minutes before your scheduled time, maybe change your schedule.

Despite signs on the door , they were locked way before closing. Pretty annoying when your group was going to eat there. keep your word !

The food is generally good and fairly priced, however I'd advise anyone ordering takeout, to check their order thoroughly before leaving Wendy's. I ordered a Caesar salad without bacon and got a Caesar salad with bacon and a pomegranate dressing that I never ordered. I ordered one frosty and one diet coke and didn't get the diet coke. Unfortunately I didn't open the bag they gave me to check my order was right and only realized when I got home.

Drive through - I love Wendy’s. Unfortunately, this one doesn’t seem to put enough care into their food. Last time I went I ordered spicy chicken and the chicken was dried out and hard and the one strip of bacon and topping slipped all over. Today I got the poutine with bacon and this is how much bacon you get. Such a shame.

Our order was incorrect. We attempted to correct it and assumed it was. On arriving home, it was completely incorrect yet again.No bacon or cheese on the Baconator and the the other meal was also incorrect. It was also sloppy, unappetizing and rather cold. In fact, it may have been someone else's order. Disorganized establishment.

Went in for a BPMM and, first they are all standing around not sure who's going to take our order, then they tell us they don't have the BPMM today. Like what is this?
Worst service EVER, I will now avoid this location and going to Merivale from now on.
