I was so excited to try this place. But all they did was cause so much distress over a Báhn mi. First off, they have no one in the store. They lied to me that the order will be ready in 5 minutes. But they didn’t even prep the item for the first 15 minutes. I was in a rush to head out and asked for a refund since they didn’t start yet. They straight up refused and made me stay another 15 minutes! For a sandwich! And when I finally bit into it, it tasted so bad that I trashed it regardless. Extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate of people’s time.

Great food! Had the grilled beef sub and vermicelli. Bread and toppings tasted very fresh. Fair price for the quality of the ingredients. Also had a very pleasant interaction with staff. Just wish it were more accessible for people using mobility aids
I'm addicted to this place and seriously need to stop going there but I can't the price is so good and the food is so good too . Staff is very cute too with their viet accent I love them.

I don't get the appeal. I've had banh mi, many many times. And much better than this.
What you get at this place is a pale-looking baguette and some veggies on ordinary cold cuts one can easily buy at Costco. And you'll pay over 10 bucks for the privilege.

The S8 sub paired with a Vietnamese iced coffee was perfection. The sub was delicious, the bread was crispy but soft inside. The iced coffee was strong and the perfect amount of sweet. 10/10!
