It is always busy and bustling at Wild Oat.
The vegetarian options that they offer are both affordable and generously portioned and frankly, I am never tempted to grab breakfast or a to-go loaf of sourdough anywhere else since discovering this gem.
Good healthy options for breakfast. Friendly service. They kindly changed an order for me, no questions asked.

Great sandwhiches. Quite tasty & lots of options on the menu. Very cute inside as well, and a selection of pastries at the bakery.
One of the best omelettes I've ever eaten.

A friend suggested this place and we loved it. The prices are very good and the quality of the food is great. When we finished our food we continued to talk and they didn’t push us out which I like it. After, we got something from the bakery. Everything was delicious! 😋

Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area — great coffee, great food, and a cozy atmosphere to match.
The latte was excellent — smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Definitely one of the better ones I’ve had in the city.
What impressed us most were the vegetarian options. They had a thoughtful variety, and everything we tried was flavourful and satisfying.

Consistently good. Great prices overall for their baked goods. Their day olds are only 50 cents off which to me is not worth it because they’re often quite stale, they should be at least 50% off and this would reduce waste as well.
The lunch buffet has been excellent for 10 + years.
Always a great go to for breakfast!
