Close to where I live, had an interest in visiting, and was very happy to do so.
The place is very clean, the atmosphere is amazingly cozy and comfortable, the service is quick, and the staff members are incredible, especially Tyler.

One of the worst restaurant in Ottawa the behavior of the staff is awful with uber Eats drivers

Went to Donald street Wild Wing and we were frozen like Eskimos. The place wasn’t even that busy, waited for our food over an hour long when we had a kid and teenager getting impatient. The food was cold like the atmosphere. What a disappointment. Kanata Wild Wing much better. Avoid this place if you don’t want be freezing and served cold foods.

I am absolutely blown away by the service and care of the leadership at this location! The Manager, Laura and the owner, Martin helped make our corporate event a huge success! I had tried placing a large order online and hit some obstacles with the size of the order being too large as well as trying to secure delivery as they use a third party delivery which is out of their control. Instead I called the location and Laura made calls to the head office to try and find some work arounds for us and went back and forth with me on many phone calls but ultimately helped by taking it in their own hands even with the owner personally delivering to our employee appreciation event! The care was apparent to help us and the food was delivered hot, fresh and delicious! We will go out of our way to order and work with this location in the future! THANK YOU for everything!

Thank you to everybody at wild wings. The staff was incredibly friendly and if you’re looking for a wonderful place where food is amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful and it’s kid friendly. This is the place to go. We went on a great day. They were putting up Christmas decorations and he let the kids help put the decorations up. It was a moment. We never forget this is why this is our go to whenever we want. Good meals laughs and a good time. Thank you wild wings will be coming back again next time and we recommend everyone to come try their food. It’s the best you won’t be disappointed. how do you like my review?

The wings and onion rings are excellent here ! So many different flavors of wings to choose from. Definitely something for everyone.

The service was also very good. Our server came by every several minutes for refills or to ask how everything was.

If you're into sports, this is a great place to dine. Many TV's scattered around for easy viewing

Everyone here is amazing. Tyler’s service was incredible. Jake,and Bri kept checking on us as well. Such a pleasant happy environment always love it here!!! Food was incredible as well. Burgers are fantastic!!

Adele was our server tonight and she was absolutely lovely and personable (: She made my father feel super comfortable as it was his first time ordering - she explained everything wonderfully and gave great suggestions. I really don't understand why this restaurant has a lower rating - the staff here work very hard and the food quality is always awesome.

Moved to Ottawa in September 2023 essentially right beside the restaurant. This wild wings has consistently given us the best service, hate to see so many bad reviews that clearly don’t make any sense. Everyone I’ve brought here has the same reactions of excellence. We’ve come here at least once a month since moving however, and won’t stop unless we move out :)
