All the staff members are polite and kind enough to explain things to us, even as Japanese people. I was really surprised that they could make 28 bottles of wine for $140. The process (especially bottling the finished wine) was very interesting and a fun experience that I wouldn't normally have. After receiving the red wine, I immediately prepared some white wine and headed home. I can't wait for a month from now.

I was disappointed to learn that you can’t sample the wines prior to making them, but the staff are helpful in providing recommendations that suit your tastes.
