The coffee is pretty mediocre, tastes like nothing special but the price is sky high. I went to the counter to order and the staff were just talking to each other, took five minutes to acknowledge me. Then I waited 15 minutes for a simple lavender latte.

Really unfortunate to have to write this review. Been coming here and always ordered the Chai Latter. This time I asked for the same thing, server asked for here or to go and I said for here. Next thing, she brought the drink in a small paper cup. It tasted watered down and had zero sugar. When I asked about the sugar, the server said that’s how we always make it and that I can add the sugar myself. Also, when asked about why it was in a paper cup, she said they had no mugs. I would’ve preferred she told me that beforehand, but instead I paid $10 for a small, watered down Chai Latte. Eventually when I insisted that the drink never came like this before, she said that they’re out of the regular Chai Latte and were using another one. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation for a $10 drink. Refused to offer to remake it or anything and instead told me to put sugar myself and walked away in a hurry. Will not be returning as I can get a much better drink for better price elsewhere.

An actual cozy coffee shop that is clean inside and serves genuinely good food and coffee. Unlike many other coffee shops, you aren’t stuck drinking burnt tasting or sour coffee sitting on the least comfortable chairs known to humankind or trying to write / type on a wobbly desk. Great furniture, atmosphere, and coffee/food. The only downside is that it is quite expensive even by coffee shop standards.

The staff are personable, very welcoming, and made me feel at home. Cakes are a MUST HAVE!
Happy, relaxed vibe. A little on the pricey side, but that’s expected as it’s very intricate and nice, yummy food 😊
I ordered a latte and avocado toast. They forgot to bring the toast and when I questioned them the 20somethings at the counter claimed the $16 was for the coffee only. Never go here it is overpriced and way overrated.
**UPDATE**The owner's defensive and denying response to this review is emblematic of the declining quality of service and environment at this cafe. A general rule in service industries is to make the customer happy. I was a regular weekly client at this cafe until the staff, environment, prices and food took this downward trend. I will not be going there again.
I clearly called ahead and confirmed that all animals were welcome. A male staff member even said it was okay to bring my dog in. However, I was kicked out by a white female employee simply because my dog is not a service dog. This was extremely upsetting and an unreasonable request. I never be there anymore!!!
Quality service, very delicious authentic food, and the interior is very well decorated

Nice cozy place and the burnt honey latte is a must try
I love the interior of the shop, very calm and customer service was excellent. Definitely coming back and recommend everyone to go there.
Pretty nice workers and food was nice.
This cozy little cafe is a hidden gem with fresh sandwiches, salads, and amazing drinks. The burnt honey latte is a must-try.
Overpriced Sysco food, cocktail prices as high as a 5 star restaurant, cluttered interior, nasty kitchen with dirty dishes on food prep area.
