Had a gooooood Good Friday brunch today here. The special was a crab dish and it was absolutely delicious. Sam was one of the friendliest servers I've ever had and was very attentive the whole time. The atmosphere and the rest of the staff made for a very enjoyable brunch today. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere but the absolute worst veggie burger I've ever had. Didn't finish. Complained and paid $30 for the pleasure.

Very nice restaurant in every sense, the chef is amazing, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Highly recommend this place that is classy and welcoming with an incredible young lady chef that creates wonderful and well balanced meals. The dishes are superbly served. A treat for the eye and the senses. I have been in this restaurant several times and have had a pleasant experience each time. Hope you give it a try, you will certainly come back.Enjoy!Vegetarian options: Available in a variety of dishes such as pasta with roasted vegetables and mushrooms or interesting salads and othersDietary restrictions: The menu has options definitely vegetarian options

What a pretty little place to have a brunch. You can see into the kitchen, and watch the baker as he crafts these delicious breads. My meal was very delicious, maybe a higher price point though. It has a great atmosphere and the exposed brick really adds to the aesthetic.Parking: Might be a nice place to Uber or walk to, parking is dependent on availability at street. I got lucky though, and parked around the corner

Super cute and unique location. Unfortunately that’s the only positive aspect of my experience. I visited for brunch. Service was painfully slow, our food was clearly pre-made and reheated, the greens in the salad were wilted and mushy. Getting a glass of water was like pulling teeth it took so much effort. The worst part is that my coffee cup was dirty as the server brought it to the table, upon noticing it she took the cup and wiped the inside of it WITH HER BARE HAND. She then proceeded to put the cup down and pour coffee into it as normal. I couldn’t believe my eyes, as someone who is a former server, I was appalled at the unsanitary behaviour. I’ll never return.

Really disappointed with the lower quality and higher cost bakery goods at working title now. Used to be my go to for pastries but find the croissants and baguettes are over cooked, dry and terribly expensive. This summer also came for drinks and snacks on the patio and they ran out of charcuterie boards? Not sure how that is possible but seemingly unprepared to serve guests.Hope the decline doesn't continue and they're able to turn around this neighbourhood gem.

Very nice ambience and great service! The drink menu was large and everything we tried was good.Unfortunately I found the food underwhelming given the cost. Both the side pork and the beef suffered from dry vegetables and small portion sizes for high cost. The pork was kind of tough as well. The appetizers (bread plate, salad) had huge portion sizes so we didn't leave hungry.

Tucked inside a charming repurposed church, it's a go-to for a cozy brunch experience. The atmosphere is inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends. Their charcuterie comes highly recommended – a delightful start to any brunch. The standout for me was the Mushroom Fricassee burger, one of the best I've had. And the espresso served in a cute little red cup just adds to the charm. This place is a celebration of local produce and a great spot for anyone looking for a unique, comfortable dining experience in the heart of the city.

I eat here 2-4 times a year, would be more often if the patio heaters worked reliably. I always forget in the interim to request the bread not be GRILLED/charred as I don't like my bread burnt. And then feel guilty sending it back once it's arrived. We also had brunch on NYE as another reviewer and of our party of 4 the one who ordered the classic breakfast was also disappointed, my skillet (non-vegan) was cooked thankfully, it was alright. My cafe au lait however was scrumptious, and no one at my table complained about the drip coffee. My aunt loved her butternut quiche and my mother also had trouble with the bread as grilling it also makes it very hard.

Apologies for the lengthy of the review but I really felt it necessary to sharey experience. We tried working kitchen a year(possibly 2) ago on mother's day and were amazed with the quality and service so decided to try it again for my wife's birthday breakfast on December 31, 2023, and we're extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered a pastry basket to start our meal. Can't go wrong with pastries here. They seem to always be fresh and are DELICIOUS! As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by the fresh scent of freshly baked bread and pastries and can see the chef's hard preparing the dough for bread and pastries. The problems began once we received our meals. We ordered 3 classic breakfast's. The sourdough bread was pre-toasted and reheated when served, potatoes were also premade and reheated when served leaving them cold and rubbery. The eggs were also premade and reheated to serve and each plate got the equivalent of I'd say one egg. I had enough egg to eat with one half of a piece of my reheated sourdough bread. The one plate that had cheese added to their eggs received a few unmelted pieces of a slice of cheese on top of the small portion of eggs. A whole slice of cheese clearly would have been way too much for the amount of egg given so they just cut off a few pieces of a slice and threw it over the egg not even bothering to melt it. Next was the brioche French toast which looked delicious, no complaints with that meal. The vegan skillet also looked excellent. The chorizo + salsa roja was served with raw eggs. I must say that the service was once excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant outstanding, much like our first visit. However, it is extremely disappointing to see such a dip with the food quality in such an expensive establishment. We spent over $150 for food quality that I would expect to get from a cheap diner or McDonald's. Even the coffee served was cold and not fresh. This is not a place that I would expect to be served premade/reheated food. When we came to working kitchen last year for mother's day I was so pleased with the experience. We were lucky enough to have a chat with the owner who was extremely friendly and we let her know how pleased we were with our experience. I thought I had found a replacement for Bakers Street, the best breakfast spot in the city that unfortunately closed down a few years ago but this second visit has me thinking otherwise. The atmosphere here is second to none, absolutely beautiful place and friendly service but I expect much better food quality from this type of establishment.

Came here for dinner and unfortunately it took over 30 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us and take our drink orders. After that it took another 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, so almost an hour in…which is weird because it was not busy at all and we were some of the only customers there. We had been planning to order a couple of dishes to share, but because the service was so slow we only ended up ordering one app as we were worried how long it would take to get our food as we had an event to attend later that evening. We also would have ordered more drinks had the service been quicker, so they missed out on more money they could have gotten had the servers been more attentive. The bread we received with the burrata was cold and stale. Overpriced mediocre food. 2 stars is only for the cozy ambience and the host who kindly seated us and offered to hang our coats.
