Website states they close at 8:30. Was told by the employee that she has no tea left. I said that’s OK I wanted a slush. She said oh no. Slush has tea as well. Then said she was to busy and that their closed and she can’t serve me.
I grabbed what I needed at TNT then notice she went on to serve somebody else after me 😮

Very bad experience. I ordered a mango slush but the aftertaste was like fish, it also smelled like fish. Waste of money and time. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Visited this bubble tea spot yesterday and left scratching my head. The service system here is... interesting. Both staff members refused to take orders until they finished washing ALL the equipment - even with 3 customers waiting. Would it kill them to have one person handle orders while the other cleans? The real kicker? When next customers walked in later, they suddenly became a well-oiled machine - one taking orders while the other prepared drinks. Curious prioritization there.
Now about the drinks: Their "signature" jasmine milk tea tasted like someone dropped a teabag in lukewarm water. For a place that claims these are their star products, that's just sad.
Staff acted like they were doing me a favor by existing. No smiles, just robotic movements and dead-eyed stares. At this price point, I expected at least basic customer service skills. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about both their drinks and customers.

This is my most favorite boba place in Ottawa. The drinks are always fresh and they never skimp out on add-ons, and you can taste the real tea in the fruit teas which is hard to find nowadays. 10/10!

Ordered Cheese Mango slush and specified when ordering “just like the picture please” because I wanted cheese like in the picture on the menu - paid price indicated. When receiving order, only a small amount of cheese given. I complained and said I had specifically requested cheese like in the photo and the employee said “that picture is extra cheese, it’s extra money” - when the price indicated beside photo is the price I paid. I pointed that out and she replied “our pictures are old”. This isn’t right - False advertising!!!!! Very poor customer service!!!!!

My roommate got me some boba from here and the lady apparently triple-checked to make sure everything was all good since I can’t have dairy. Appreciated! And one of the few spots that you can still get boba under 10$ with substitutes. Got the brown sugar it was v good

Bubble tea from this store is getting better compare with couple years ago. But the service is so bad, Chinese workers, if you can’t understand English well, please ask again, in front of your eyes, what I’ve ordered, you made completely different BY YOUR WAY, customer paid for it, custom made the way they wanted, you have to do exactly what they asked for, you only know how to argue with customer and admitted it has to be the way you wanted. Customers from different countries, not only Chinese , if you can’t understand for customers, you better not to serve for Canadian except Chinese. I will always come back because you have very good bubble tea ( new from the menu ), the only thing is I hope staffs can understand for customers more and more . Thanks again !!!
One off bubble tea shops that aren’t part of a big chain are usually bad but not this one. I think they have the best bubble tea in Ottawa! They offer some different flavours and topping that’s other shops don’t have. The drinks are always tasty and their toppings are always spot on too. I’ve tried most of their menu and none of the drinks have disappointed!
Located in the T&T building so perfect to grab on your way out after after doing groceries.

Just tried their Cheese Strawberry today, it is the best strawberry flavoured bubble tea I had so far. Had their Cheese mango the other day, also fantastic. Strongly recommend.
