Couldn’t decide where to eat after a long day out. Instead of fast food, we headed to Chinatown to look for a spot to eat. The food and service were very good. A lot of food for the price. If we lived in the area we’d give it another visit.

Disappointing Experience with Beef and Broccoli Dish
I ordered the beef and broccoli with a side of rice, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Upon opening the container, I noticed the beef appeared undercooked. After checking several pieces, it was clear that the meat was not fully cooked and looked visibly raw throughout.
This raised serious concerns about food safety. While the restaurant may do well with other dishes, this particular order was unacceptable. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control moving forward.

The food remains top notch even after the many years in business. My first visit was 28 years ago and still remains one of my favourite places to eat. I hope they stay in business for another 25

We bought bbq duck and roasted pork, they were charcoal. Looks like they only gave us the ending portion of those two bbq meat. As out of towners, I will not recommend this cozy store.

Been here twice - got a half duck this time, with some white rice and Chinese broccoli, as recommended by our server. Everything was delicious!! Fair prices, came out fresh and hot, and friendly service. It's a casual establishment inside. Really loved our meal.

Poor service, food seemed like they cut corners. There many other, far better options on the same block.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Ottawa. Grew up in South East Asia and spent much time in New York City, Washington DC, and Toronto. Was dismayed by the quality of Chinese ethnic food in Ottawa when I moved here for work. Good thing I found this place. Great and fresh food at reasonable prices. The barbeque pork is amazing. Love their selection of noodles. Dim Sum is quite good too. Friendly service.

The food is always good, but because they’re so rude we always make mistakes and over-order. God forbid you ask questions 😂 we’ve been coming for years but don’t expect the best service, they’ve never changed and never will.

Overcooked ho-fun noodles with no salt. Totally bland flavor. The noodles were breaking and clumping up. Couldn't even eat 10% of the bowl.
