We chose a small platter, The meat was neither fresh nor tender, and the fried onions on the side were still partially frozen when served. The rice gave off a smell as if it had spices, but none were visible — it seemed more like artificial flavoring. Overall, a very poor dining experience

We are a regular customer to Yemen gate and since today we never had an issue. However today we order large portion and took it home to find out the meat was not well cooked. We paid over $100 and really expected to eat as usually great well cooked meat. We did drive from Kanata and we also called back to advise the restaurant. The manager called back just to ask what happened, we were told he would call us back however he never did. We know how well should the meat be cooked since we are regular customers. We just kept chewing the meat and we are really disappointed this time. We would expect to have a different outcome from this situation however it is owners decision at this point of time.

I like the food there, service as well. The only thing is there is no sides with their meals , no drinks no nothing except a small sauce and you have to ask for more every single time. It’s like if they could charge for everything like using their chairs or their parking spaces they would do that !!!!!

I tried both Haneeth and Mandi, and the food was delicious each time. The meat was cooked perfectly—very tender and flavorful. I’ve been there twice, and both times I left completely satisfied. Highly recommend!
Best restaurant in town. Come with your family, it is worth it. Generous portions, good pricing, amazing staff so friendly. The taste is just amazing. We come here almost every week and they never disappoint. Thank you so much.

Delicious food, nice ambiance, friendly and attentive staff. Had the Shakchouka plate and Adani tea. Will definitely eat here again! They also sell the famous Dubai chocolate bar, handmade in Ottawa! Orleans location.

Paid 27 dollars for lamb Mandi and was given the tiniest portion of lamb, the rice was amazing, but rice alone cannot carry a dish, especially for 27 dollars, I expect more lamb

The meet is little , the cashier mentioned that with 1 proration comes 1 kg meat ! No real , 4 small peaces less than 0.5 kg, I did not like it , a lot of rise , the rise is delicious. But it is a big like for 59$ plus tax ! It does not worth ! And also you can’t eat in ! Only take away .
