The food is always delicious good portion for the price.I recommend ordering a little bit earlier because they tend to take a lot of time to prepare the order which is understandable by the way they cook the chicken. If you're looking for somewhere to have a good service and ambiance it's not the place but if you're looking to taste one of the best chicken in your life I definitely recommend YKO.
Not happy with my experience there. Only reason I went there to begin with was because Piri Piri down the street is closed on Mondays. We ordered and waited over half an hour just to eventually know that they had apparently forgotten about our order, and we had to go remind them of it. The staff seemed distracted the whole time by friends and people that were entering the back room and chatting amongst each other. Very disappointing

I have been here many times. Recently, they changed the packaging. When I asked, the employee mentioned that it was a management decision to change the size of the box, which no longer holds enough rice for one person. I would like to bring this issue to the owner’s attention, as we used to love their food and the reasonable price-to-portion ratio.

Terrible food. Dry plantain, Costco rice, and chicken is dry and overcooked. Do not come here. Service is also rude. You call ahead (1 hour), show up and have to wait another 30-40 min. AVOID!

The food is perfect. The chicken tastes amazing that the waiting time is also tolerable. I always give them a call 1 hour early and go grab my order later.
