We waited over 40 minutes, only to be told our number had been skipped and we needed to start over—something never explained to us. The manager was rude, dismissive, and showed no sympathy, seeming more interested in asserting power than helping customers. Clear communication and basic courtesy would have made a huge difference. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless the service improves.

This restaurant was an absolutely amazing experience! 🍜
The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of spice and aroma. The ingredients are super fresh and generous — from the tender beef slices and crisp veggies to the silky enoki mushrooms, every bite is pure satisfaction. I especially loved the crispy fried ball — crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside — simply unforgettable! 😍

The place is clean and cozy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both group gatherings and a quiet solo meal. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service — the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain the dishes and making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. 👍

I got a 13 dollar rice noodle soup with 1 spicy pepper symbol and was described as « spicy ». My fiancé got a hot pot with 2 spicy pepper symbols and was not described as spicy. Mine was hotter than the surface of the sun and hers was mild. 5/5 would do it again.

Definitely coming back again!!! This place is amazing! The food is so good, the flavours are strong and the portions are really generous! I love that the rice noodles refills are free!! (Because they give you a lot of soup, super flavourful) you are leaving the restaurant with your belly FULL! Also, the service is really good! The servers come refill your water pretty often. The place is clean and dont get me started on their music choice!! Its fire🔥such a nice place for a hangout 🍲

Value for money. Nice experience!
Put the sausage into the hot pot first. After couple minutes put in the beef and shrimp. After one minute, put in the rest. The result will be ideal.

This was literally the best noodle soup I've had maybe ever. It was the spicy beef and enoki mushroom soup. So incredibly flavourful. The staff were attentive and sweet. Highly recommend! Hidden gem.
