I went with my daughter and grandson to the Zazazoo at St Laurent Shopping Centre. Horrible service: half of the animal rides were broken. The other half, not much better. Helmets were dirty and too big for toddlers. I paid for 20 minutes and the attendant, Andie, forgot to mention that the one my grandson selected had missing foot platforms and she refused to change it after we noticed the issue. Also, and more importantly, she forgot to give us the 2nd token. Therefore, the thing died on us after some 10 minutes as opposed to the 20 we had paid for and set a timer to be around the booth by the end of the paid 20 minutes. However, we ended up with a crying child and having to push the animal ride back from quite a distance. I complained and asked for a reimbursement for the extra 10 minutes we did not get since it was clearly her mistake (which she admitted). She refused. AND forgot to give me back my ID card (healthcare card). Extremely poor service, defective products, total lack of initiative from the attendant. Clearly, Zazazoo should train their staff better. This service is for the amusement of kids: it should not end up with both kids and parents upset.
