The menu was quite limited, with not many brunch options to choose from. The food itself was just okay, and the space felt too dark, with a vibe that didn’t really match a brunch spot.

6 stars !!
Best eggs benedict ever !!
Excellent hollandaise sauce, eggs cooked to perfection and served on top of cappricola ham that was an excellent twist that put it over the top !!
Attentive service without being intrusive...
Early bird discount is 20% - can't wait to come back!

Unfortunately I didn’t complain on the spot.
We were celebrating a birthday.
The appetizers were great and the service was exceptional.
I ordered the chicken Gorgonzola and asked for extra sauce. This is a dish I have ordered multiple times. I barely got any sauce. I had to ask for more to be made because my chicken was over cooked and very dry.

My daughter ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The pasta was very eldante and the chicken was again over cooked and rubbery. The sauce was limited and didn’t coat the noodles. She didn’t eat it and when the waitress boxed it she didn’t ask if there was an issue.
The other two seafood pastas were fine.
I called today to speak to management but have to wait until Friday.

We went to Zolas for dinner. There were 2 of us and we each ordered an appetizer and main. Having been there before and had a great time, was expecting similar. Unfortunately the kitchen was having a bad day. The calamari was like eating bands of rubber. The breaded Brie was tasty, but the accompanying ciabatta was burned (like it had been placed on a too hot grill rack and been scorched, the taste permeated through the bread). The pizza dough was raw through the middle (could only eat the toppings and crust). The angel hair pasta was burned.
The sole server that evening was wonderful though, and reacted in exactly the right way, management should be proud of how she quickly and politely dealt with the uncomfortable situation.
I understand that every now and then we can all have a bad day, so even though it wasn’t the greatest experience I would be willing to give Zolas another go in the future.

Ordered cheese pizza version from here...3 cheese pizza..I was told this place had everything in the authentic Italian flavor, so had to give it a try. I guess now I can say I've tasted real pizza 🤭

This is the second time I've gone to ZOLA'S. The food just lacks something. We had the pancakes, and the big budgie. The hash was terrible, eggs had no salt or pepper, bacon was barely cooked, the pancakes were bland and dry. Overall, very disappointed.

This is one of the gems of Bells Corners. A quaint restaurant with a great variety of dishes.

We love the brunch (blunch) menu specifically.

We ordered take out from Zola’s. My recommendation is don’t risk ordering from them. They won’t stand by the products and are totally fine with cheating their customers.

The food was so badly packaged. The expensive pastas we ordered were in cheap take out containers with plastic lids that got crushed under the weight of the items on top of them. The food spilt all over the bag and was not consumable.

Normally good restaurants put a piece of cardboard between the containers for stability when they are going to stack them like this. Good restaurants also won’t use take out containers with thin plastic lids.

The owner Tony claims he isn’t responsible for the food arriving in editable condition. But Uber eats is not responsible for how badly the order was packed. What do you expect the driver to do? Transfer the food to a proper container before delivering?

The bread and pizza dough were also hard and stale. The salad we ordered was packed with the hot food and arrived soggy, wilted and brown. 90% of what we ordered had to go straight into the trash can.

Don’t let Tony cheat you out of your money. Don’t risk ordering at Zolas. If you do, don’t expect him to stand by his trash product.
