Got a whopper and the lettuce was brown, and the tomato was disintegrating. Really disappointed. Usually we love burger King and have not had a bad experience here other than this.

Slow as molasses. It takes FOREVER to get your food in the drive-thru- they almost always make you park and wait. Even when there's no line. And the food seems thrown together.

While not the best Burger King. I do get access to my favourite item at Burger King: The Sub Whopper (At least that's what I like to call it). However, it's a bit greasy. Though not greasy compared to the Wendy's in Listowel (That opened about a year or two after Owen Sound's Burger King). But I really love how towns bring back restaurants they used to have, I'm from Hanover and they used to have a Burger King (Which is where DJ's furniture is now)
Food was amazing, service was incredible! They brought us a free piece of Hershey cake for the kids just out of the kindness of their heart, it meant a lot!
The general manager Neilsha was amazing and even made my nephew a birthday treat for his 5th birthday! He absolutely loved it. 🥰
