First time visiting Owen Sound. Have heard a lot about the Firehousesubs so felt like trying it out. Visited there today for lunch. The expectation about the food and customer service meets the hype. Glad I decided to visit the store for lunch. Really up to the mark service as well kudos for cleanliness as well.I tried their Hook & Ladder and yes let me tell you it was really good !!! The best sub that I’ve ever had (Italian). Meat was delicious. A significant step up from Subway; tasted more fresh and wholesome. Unfortunately, service was much too slow (15-20 min) so I can’t give a 5/5.

Great food, love their subs. I just think the 3 workers preparing the food need to work faster, as there were several customers waiting, and they only appear to make one order at a time. Could be more efficient.
