The expectation about the food and customer service meets the hype. Glad I decided to visit the store for lunch. Really up to the mark service as well kudos for cleanliness as well.I tried their Hook & Ladder and yes let me tell you it was really good !!! “I got the onion rings and poutine here. The service was decently fast. The staff were very professional and polite. Tons of delicious onion rings. The curds on the poutine were amazing the gravy was really good. Average fries. I would return for sure.“
“I originally ordered DQ through Skip the Dishes and my Skip driver didn't bring part of my order. I called DQ to see if he forgot it, and the gentleman I spoke to was very kind and offered to bring me the rest of my order himself, and also called Skip the Dishes for me to make them aware. The DQ employee showed up within 15 minutes of speaking on the phone, I was very pleased with their customer service and their desire to make their customers happy! This definitely showed me they go the extra mile for their customers :)“
