Absolutely zero grease, everything cooked to perfection, polite staff, and delicious food.
Last 3 visits to the restaurant has been extremely dirty. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after today I won't be back. They were not busy at all (inside or drivethru/skip the dishes) and 3 different staff member came out and wondered around but didn't clean a thing. I seen the dirty bucket of water with a cloth in it in the dinning area that I assume is for wiping tables🤮.... are we supposed to do it ourselves. A&W Canada offers a range of classic American diner fare, from the beloved Mama Burger and Poutine to the popular Cheddar Bob and rootbeer mug. The staff are generally polite and accommodating. The server was very friendly, and the cashier Owen provided super attentive and impeccable service. It is a pleasure to find people who like their work and do it excellently and with a smile. There was great breakfast today with friendly staff. The store manager is definitely running a tight ship. Kudos to this location. The Franchisee must be proud of this locations efforts. However, some past incidents of staff yelling at customers have been reported.
