“I went with my Nan, Mother, and Sister the last time, but I have gone before plenty of times. The food is great and served in large sizes, but the people who work there are regularly not the friendliest people, they usually ignore you or try to hurry you when you are ordering.

Parking: Location of parking is all around Brants. There are no parking lines, it's just a dirt + gravel lot.

Kid-friendliness: Has lots of ice cream options that kids love.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can go right up to the counter to order in a wheelchair, using a walker, using crutches, whatever you may use to help you get around, as long as you don't mind the gravel.“

“Food was typical subway eats... however service could be alot nicer. Not friendly, no smile, no have a nice day, I've always found when working in customer service to be friendly and to make a customer feel welcome not like I'm bothering you by eating at your business!“

“The Pizza Hut website was sending me in an ordering loop to redeem my points for a free medium pizza. It was giving mixed messages as to whether I had placed an order, multiple orders, or not at all. When I arrived at the Hanover Pizza Hut, I found out that my order had not been placed. I explained my situation to the employee, noting that I did not know if my points had been redeemed or not, due to the website glitch. Hardik showed great customer service in listening to my issue, empathizing with my frustrating online experience, and then offering me a free, two topping, medium pizza. He made the pizza immediately. I waited in my car, while it was in the oven. In no time at all, Hardik was at the store entry bringing the pizza out to me in the parking lot. This employee did a great job at customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left Pizza Hut this evening having a positive experience: turning frustration into a smile. “I stopped by for dinner with a friend today, and I just have to say — the cashier at the front truly made my day. I had such a long, exhausting shift at work and honestly wasn’t in the best mood, but the moment she greeted us, everything changed. She was so kind, so welcoming, and just genuinely sweet in a way you don’t come across often.

I don’t think I’ve ever met someone that warm and positive working at a fast-food place before. Her energy was contagious, and you could tell she really cares about people. It meant more than she probably even realizes.

On top of that, our veggie combos were fresh and delicious too. Overall, such a lovely experience. Big appreciation to her for turning my tired evening into a happy one. 💛“

“Just there on DEC 24 got 2 quarter chicken. the best chicken I ever had, everyone was in the Christmas speared Just want you all to know. I think they need to here something nice.“

“Staff were super helpful and patient as I figured out what we needed. The food was so fresh and crispy. The chicken tenders are my absolute favourite normally but today the bone in chicken stole the show! The flavour and uniformed breading was top tier. We will definitely be back next time we come through Hanover. Y’all just made a life long customer.“

“Haven't been to this location for about 5yrs.
It has really changed, not for the better.
First the seating was OK but set beside a freezing cold window.
Secondly the quality of the food has really gone down.
The servers did a good job putting 4 subs together. It's not there fault but serving meat that is disgusting, cucumbers that are brown, and the chirros that couldn't even be bit into was a total waste of 71 dollars.
Won't be back. Sorry to see this place dimish so much.“
