“I went to Harvey's today, and it was an awesome experience. The employees were all smiling, welcoming, and very friendly. The Filipino staff were especially polite and provided excellent customer service. They made me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!“

“Thank you for showing your appreciation towards truck drivers and giving me my lunch on the house.“

“I have eaten at this location a few times in the past couple of years and wish to say a grateful thanks to the staff who have kindly accommodated my gluten-free health needs by providing me with a smile and a gluten-free bun and without any fuss when asked to change gloves, knife, etc. There are relatively few places I can safely eat so I am most appreciative of the care shown me here. Thank you and have a great day! Peace, Mare“

“my family stopped at the Goderich location at 530pm on Sunday April 10th There was 2 staff members on. The young gentleman working the Front as well as drive thru was amazing. He was beyond stretched and was pleasant, and dealt with everyone in the best timely manner he could. I would like to suggest to the grumpy people, that everyone everywhere is short staffed and coping as best they can with the situation that is beyond control. Choose Kindness, and we'll done to the 2 staff that ran a busy restaurant during dinner rush.“
