I have eaten at this location a few times in the past couple of years and wish to say a grateful thanks to the staff who have kindly accommodated my gluten-free health needs by providing me with a smile and a gluten-free bun and without any fuss when asked to change gloves, knife, etc. There are relatively few places I can safely eat so I am most appreciative of the care shown me here. This Subway location deserves 5 stars. It is the best subway location ever visited, with always excellent service and a very clean restaurant and prep area. The food is always fresh with good portions, and sandwiches are made exactly as asked. The front-line staff member is consistently pleasant and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The store is well-maintained, clean, and organized. The atmosphere is nice with cool wall decor, fresh veggies, and fun signs. Service is always fast and friendly. Free cookies are appreciated, and the kids were happy. Price was okay, with a nice variety of chips and pops, including MTN DEW. Some interesting stains on the booths and a bit dirty, but the bathroom was clean. This subway location impressed. Other locations should get training from this restaurant manager.
