We visited this place 6 months ago and loved it. Couldn't wait to come back next time we were in town. Booked a reso, asked for a table tucked away for date night. Instead we got the most awkward table ever and they told us that we could no longer order a wood fired pizza. Problem was that other parties came in after us and ordered pizza. There was a private party that night later on, but none of those guys were part of it. Really disappointing experience. That was really the only reason we visited owen sound every now and then. Thanks for nothing Parkwood, you've ruined the whole city lol.

It was a busy night and yet our food arrived hot & tasty. Server did not identify themself. Decent selection of food, could use a couple more vegetarian options. Great location for dinner prior to a show. Nice wine selection.We liked the atmosphere ♥️

Parkwood hosted a lovely birthday party for my daughter's 40th - including live music by 'Just Duet', who were excellent also! - Service , food and atmosphere top notch - thank you so much - we'll be back!

Nice decor, good food, open cuisine, kids menu, good service, excellent dessert, kids pizza was large (good deal) so was also used for lunch next day, reasonable price. On Thursday night there was only one other group in the restaurant. Entrance was in a back alley which for us as tourists was not easy to find. Parking on the road was free. Mental health and addiction center near where we parked the car on 2nd avenue so had to give a few explanations to the kids as to the people screaming or asking for money but they were not aggressive. We will return if we are in the area again but will try parking in the back alley directly.

We are passing through on our way home and came here for dinner. Our waitress (we didn’t catch her name but she shared with us that she studied in Kingston) was an absolute gem. Happily answered questions, was super friendly and smiled even as it got busy. The food was delicious and unlike most other places. Would definitely recommend!!
Had an awesome brunch. I had BLT on sourdough with smashed potatoes side soooooo good. One had chicken and waffles and another had smashed potatoes poutine. All fantastic. Service second to none. Yum

Tried for the first time tonight - had no idea there was a restaurant here. Was pleasantly surprised by the size and ambiance. Came with a big group, everyone tried a different pizza and shared - all delicious. Even the crust was good, quality dough. Will definitely be back to try their long list of cocktails
