We stopped into The Yard this weekend while here for a Cat Show, and Eva absolutely made our visit. She was wonderfully quirky, and had an upbeat energy that instantly put us in a great mood and had us laughing. Between her contagious good vibes, the overall atmosphere and mood, and the food (which was seriously NEXT LEVEL delicious), we couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. We will absolutely be back next year — partly for the Cat Show, but mostly for Eva and...

Lunch was the blue bacon burger and the swiss mushroom burger. Sooooo good. We both loved that the meal came with a choice of two sides, something unique and appealing and yet similar enough that it appeals (dill potato salad, salad, soup, potato wedges, baked beans, coleslaw). And the waitress (Alotta) was superb. Only criticism is that it's noisey - sound just travels. Someone gently laughing at another table a few tables down was enough that we couldn't hear the waitress.
