This older lady Stacy took my order I had ordered a large coffee and she filled it three quarters of the cup, maybe half a finger from the fill line I asked her to fill it to the line (as I work at a Tim’s too) and she gets all mad and dumps the whole thing out and snakes it then says “ if you want more your meant to request it” bro… I literally paid for a large so it should BE FILLED TO THE FILL LINE I’m a very respectful high school student who also works in a Tim Hortons and I would never EVER treat someone so poorly especially when we’re in a damn hospital some of your customers are going through a lot more then to deal with being treated like Im less for nothing, she does NOT believe in customer is always right and that’s literally your job to satisfy your customers I will never order from here again not to mention if I was WORKING IN A HOSPITAL I would have fresh coffee ALL THE TIME.
