Tried the fresh Atlantic Salmon from Jiggs n reels tonight. Krista Miller made a hot honey instead of dill sauce for it. And man did that hot and sweet taste combine together well. Krista and Tom also had the oysters with the Salmon. They looked wonderful and must have tasted delicious. As all plates were cleaned rather quickly.
