Sometimes my wraps are made perfectly, most of the time they come out barely held together. It's hit or miss, but that's timmies and I'm too lazy to pack a lunch for work. 4/5 will likely buy and complain about my wraps again Edit: Unfortunate down hill slope, wraps aren't even wrapped anymore, and when they are they are wrapped wrong? (How do you manage that) was charged for a guys coffee, was told I'd be refunded. They refunded me a total of 8 cents for the 2 bucks they took out of my account. And watched a guy drop my muffin on the floor the still serve it to me. Awesome

I want to say that I wasn't happy with the service. First, there were more people to be served than the people attending. Second and painfully was that they didn't pack my donuts which I paid for because they had so much at hand and couldn't focus on the right order. I even had to tell them that I requested hot chocolate and was given coffee ??. I was pained 'cos I didn't notice it till about 45mins after we had left when I wanted to snack on the donut and found out it was not packed. I paid, couldn't turn back with my receipt as I was heading to Sudbury. They were short staffed as at the time I visited 09/09/2024 at about past 1pm.
The other meals I got were great anyways and the atmosphere was sparkling clean ?
I ordered an ice Capp yesterday and only was it liquidey it tasted like it had milk instead of cream and I didn’t ask for milk ?

This location is in the rest stop on highway 400 North at Parry Sound. As it's an inside location, it's slightly crowded, especially during busy periods when a lot of travelers are on the road.
There's nothing much mentionable about it as it's on par with any other Tim Hortons location. All the charm of the stop is owed to the company responsible for building the rest stop location.
That said; the rest stop has vending machines, washrooms, other food options as well as a gas station and convenience store. And if you're absolutely incapable of waiting until your destination to cast your line, there is a spot right across the road where you can scratch that itch.
Being as this is the last highway stop that can be made between Parry Sound and Sudbury, I highly recommend stopping here.
I'm not saying there's nowhere to stop, but that this is the last HIGHWAY rest stop.

Really disappointed this morning. Not only was I short changed on my order in paying cash. I also had a cold egg and cheese breakfast sandwich that was disgusting.

Was not impressed with this staff, female avoided my sister and I after she served us ice coffee with grinds in it and made my farmers wrap with processed cheese instead of cheddar cheese I’m a supervisor at a Tim’s and the comment of it was cheddar cheese but saying it to a coworker while the customer is present is unprofessional and childish do better Parry sound
