I had such a wonderful experience at this tim hortons! The atmosphere was cozy, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food and drinks were amazing. It’s definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Servers have no respect or hospitality training. Order was wrong. When I immediately said my coffee isn't what I ordered, the frown I got in front of everybody was obnoxious. Dark Roast Double double with chocolate shot does not taste like a dark roast with 2 cream.. Learn to acknowledge. I was very polite with the server from the beginning, and I was greeting by a wide open mouth yawn. Learn how to present yourself next time and try to understand a customer before frowning upon them. EDIT: I just read the other reviews and they too mention about servers not getting orders right and they do have an attitude Incompatibility. Maybe work on that.

Not too busy this time as it is a popular stop off on the way to Sudbury or points north. Food was hot and fresh and a good selection of donuts. Service was also quick and friendly.
