Food was amazing, however the guy working the cash has no clue whatsoever how to use their app rewards system, I have a free bowl to redeem and he brought up the scanner and it did nothing. I feel as if he could have asked his coworker/supervisor if he had any clue how to use it… I just want the free bowl man lol.
