Good place to stop on the way home from the cottage. We ordered the large fry $8, regular poutine $7.50 and Onions Rings $6 (med fry size). Onion rings were great. Poutine had lots of gravy but not enough cheese curds. Fries were standard fry truck fare, nothing special but they hit the spot. There are picnic tables to dine at. No take out containers for condiments.
We have made it a tradition in our family to stop at Jax's on the way home from out annual family Cottage trip. The Poutines are amazing! We love the Classic Poutine & the Buffalo chicken poutine! The Buffalo chicken has great flavour & is nice & crispy. This year we tried the battered mushrooms, they were delicious, little pricey for the amount you get, bit still good! The service is friendly & efficient. Highly recommend for some good poutine.

Yummy! I mentioned to the lady making food they are not accessible as they do not have a ramp nor handrail which made it difficult for me. Couple weeks has gone by and still not accessible. Hoping the owners take care of this request. I'm sure I can't be the only person bringing this to their attention.
