“My biggest complaint about this location is the inconsistent closing times. I've had multiple experiences where the restaurant appears to close well before the posted hours, making it difficult to know whether you'll actually be able to order, even when arriving within the advertised operating times.

Food quality is generally consistent. My only concern is a food-handling and packaging practice that I'd like to see the industry move away from: receipts, sauce packets, and other non-food items being placed in contact with food. While not unique to Burger King, it's something I believe can and should be improved.

I'm also not particularly impressed with the drive-thru setup. Being asked to pull ahead and wait by the side door while the first window is boarded up makes the experience feel a bit awkward.

On the positive side, the mozzarella sticks are consistently good. Overall, the food is usually decent, but the operating hours and overall experience leave room for improvement.“
