The KFC in Pembroke has gone downhill big time. Everything about the place sucks. It's so dirty in there. The chicken is so greasy. They always screw up my order and the service sucks really bad. They are so rude as well. Thank god a Popeye's Chicken will be opening up soon.

What a joke of a KFC. Hopefully people actually read this. Ignorant staff that can't figure out how to run the till. Mess your order up and threaten to kick you out because your friend has a PTSD breakdown and you tell them to stop having a tantrum. Your the worst everything.

By far the worst service yet. Had to wait 20 min in line to order, I was second in line. Had to repeat my order to the cashier 4 times before they understood. It was another 15 min wait to receive my meal.I would have ordered online but both app and website were not working. Each visit to this location the service seems tk get slower and slower.

Awful bloody awful I'm sorry we so cold so cold but yet at dairy queen warm so we go a hot food place and it's cold very uncomfortably cold for pur.sons birthday dinner..bathrooms were I'm sorry disgusting ...so.the order was wrong 5 people who bought after us were served and were just getting chicken burgers...I'm a nice person I compliment when needed and always give the benefit of the doubt but this place on the 16th was awful the skip driver came in and they had no soft drinks they were looking for and the person behind the cash I'm glad we are hiring disabled folks awesome but you take the order and just put it tonthe side take a name and write.it down and yes I suggested that hopefully she does it...but what was upsetting was getting upset with her where is the training.. getting angry with someone thst has a difficulty doesn't work.. patience patience works...or don't give such a. Important role to.thst person....I'm.truly truly sorry ...to say these things...just sad...! So to.wrap heat write down names with the order...if.there.is. staff problem. Go where we don't see you but be patient..and kind it goes a long way this world is hard and short a d to have anyway where your sad.makes me.sad thinking of that be kind..well.goodluck I hope you try and change eh...well.cheerio...a.d.again sorry.was hoping for.a better experience for the birthday fast foods have become so expensive that it's like going out to.a fancy restaurant but with a different atmosphere and your still hungry sadly....Allright well Goodluck please change!
